Frankincense resin is the purest form of incense burning. An incense resin from Gum Mirre has a warm aroma with a hint of herbs and bitterness. Myrrh resin has been used for religious, ceremonial and medicinal purposes for thousands of years. Myrrh is known for its earthy, warm scent and was often used in ancient times for embalming and is traditionally burned in religious ceremonies and is often associated with prayer and spiritual practices.

Myrrh is a composition of Gum Mirre or Commiphora Myrrha. A wonderfully warm incense resin, perfect for purification, spirituality, rituals or just to enjoy a warm, inviting scent in your home.

Instructions for use: take a fireproof dish and place a charcoal disc in it. Then you light the charcoal disc, let it burn for a while until smoke is released. Place some incense resin on it and experience the scent that is released. You can also use a special sieve incense burner, but the combustion process is a bit slower than on charcoal. You can mix the incense resin with other types of incense herbs or incense resins to create your own incense scents.
