White sage & Smudge sticks

White sage, also known as Salvia apiana, is a species of sage plant native to the deserts of the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. It is a sacred plant traditionally used by Native American tribes, such as the Navajo and the Lakota, for spiritual and ceremonial purposes.

White sage is often used when performing a "smudging" ceremony, in which the plant is burned to dispel negative energies, cleanse spaces and promote spiritual cleansing. Burning white sage brings a calm and peaceful atmosphere to the home and meditation practices
