Spearmint is used among other things at; acne, dermatitis, blocked skin, asthma, bronchitis, catarrh, sinusitis, headache, migraine, nausea, bloating, bile colic, flu, fever, colds, nervousness, fatigue, tensions. Kruizmint stimulates the metabolism, enhances sexual potency and is a good nerve strengthening agent.
