Yogi & Yogini pillows are filled with 1st quality buckwheat husks; the buckwheat husks have been sieved so that there are no sticks in them.
open / close: with a zip in the bottom, closed with a cord

The height of the meditation cushion can be adjusted by removing some buckwheat chaff.
Washing instructions cover: wash cold to hand warm separately after removing the inner cushion with buckwheat chaff.
