Triquetra Offering Bowl

A beautiful offering bowl with the triquetra symbol for your home altar or as a decorative bowl.

The offering bowl is traditionally used for offering food, flowers, incense or candles to ancestors, Buddha or Gods. The offering bowl can also be used as an incense burner.

Use a charcoal tablet and the supplied sand as a base for burning incense resin, incense grains or incense sticks. To safely light a charcoal tablet, hold it between charcoal tongs. Light the concave side with a lighter or a match and then place it in the bowl. Wait until the coal is gray in color and then place some incense grains or frankincense resin on it. Or put an incense stick in the bowl with sand and then light it with a lighter or a match.

Note: The offering bowl is made of copper and becomes hot, place it on a heat-resistant dish or surface. Once the charcoal tablet is lit, do not touch it again, it may cause burns. Do not throw the ashes in the trash as this could cause a fire. Keep the incense burner out of the reach of children and pets and do not leave it unattended.
