Return shipments
Returns are only accepted in this case if the packaging of the product is undamaged and the plastic seal on the packaging (if applicable) is not broken. (Oracle cards, tarot cards, etc.) NewAgeWinkel.nl with regard to any payment already received will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after the dissolution. The direct costs of returning (return) will be for your account (from the consumer) unless otherwise agreed.
When can I expect my payment back?
payment that has already been received will be refunded to your bank account no later than fourteen (14) days after the dissolution and in the same way as you have settled your order.
