Ylang Ylang essential oil 10ml

Ylang ylang oil provides a harmonic and calm atmosphere that stimulates good conversation, understanding and cooperation. This sweetly scented oil evokes feelings of peace and dispels anger, which is an obstacle to meditation, healing and other spiritual activities.

However, ylang ylang is also very sleep-inducing oil, so it is not advisable to use it just before the start of a meditation session.

Some people think the sweetness of the scent is a bit too much of a good thing and a little sick; it is therefore often better to mix the oil with bergamot or melissa, which will enhance its calming properties and, in addition, improve its odor.
